“I have worked out in many gyms in my 45 years of lifting. This is one, if not the best facility I’ve worked out in. Any way you want to exercise they have it. It’s spacious, clean, and well organized. The equipment is in great shape. The lockers rooms were clean. This place feels new although I’ve visited here several years ago. The staff I interacted with were very friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to help. They genuinely enjoyed talking to me and seemed happy in their work. If you are traveling or looking for a local place to work out locally, I highly recommend this place and it is very easy to find as well.“
