As far as finishing slowly. 2 of his employees watched their father die of a heart attack while pouring the driveway on this job. Understandably they had zero interest in ever going back. Its terrible how uneducated hateful people can get on here and run their mocking bird mouth to hurt others. Maybe pay your bill's and service would reflect it.“

“Four Seasons helped fix several panels on the sunroom we inherited when we bought out house. It took awhile for the panels to come in (supply chain stuff, not 4 Seasons) and their team can and installed them very quickly. Their team was professional from top to bottom.“

“Big shout out to Nathan and his crew! He and another local contractor literally saved my client and their insurance company thousands of dollars in water damage! This is a house of one of my clients. They were in the path of the tornado, which left them with three trees in their attic. Working through their insurance company, we were told many times someone was coming to tarp before the rains come. Up until 5 pm Wednesday we kept holding on to faith they would. Around 5 I frantically call Nathan and update him that the insurance company's chosen roofing company they use, weren't going to show up. Nathan made some calls and a lot of extra push and was able to get another crew (better crew) Boaz Roofing out to us! They tarped this 12x12 steep roof partly in the dark and covered every bit of it! Neither one of these construction company owners had time to deal with our mess, BUT both took time out of their hectic day yesterday to come by personally, and make critical phone calls to make this happen for my clients!!“

“Overall very satisfied. Our house turned out beautiful! Inside and out. There were just a few things that came up that I was surprised of. However, being first time home owners/builders, that's expected. Just be sure to get your water, sewer and electric hookups done. The electric company and water company do not do that. ? We weren't able to use our toilets for the first 2 weeks after we moved in (to no fault of ubh), these things happen. They were very accommodating and I would recommend to anyone building their first home, especially as a cost effective option. Sure you have to pay out of pocket for quite a bit, but that's to be expected whether building or buying. Overall, we saved money. Hope everyone else that chooses them has a lovely experience like we did! And hopefully, I've saved someone a headache by mentioning the hookups. LOL

In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person.
