I have been to multiple dojos in my past and this is the one I have stuck with. Amazing environment where I learned many skills from martial arts to social skills. I knew no one at this dojo when I first joined but 2 years later I am great friends with many of them.

Unity is a fantastic place. My six year old grandson has been taking classes there--two per week-for the last five months. He loves to go and has a smile on his face for the duration of the class. The senseis are gently firm in their treatment of the kids and never critical. The kids get stickers for encouragement. The class has an educational component, a workout with different karate moves, and usually a game at the end involving a lot of running and chasing and relays. They all just love it. I can't praise Unity highly enough.
