The Plumbing Warehouse offers a wide selection of plumbing items. Staff are described as awesome, helpful, and great, providing the best experience and excellent service by offering specific recommendations when items are not in stock. While sometimes calls result in being put on hold or limited help, the overall assistance is highly valued. They carry many parts that other local stores do not.
These guys are awesome! I was looking for a part nobody had, and if it weren't for them recommending me to another specific store, I never would have found the part! Great guys and very helpful!
I was referred to The Plumbing Warehouse by a friend for a kitchen and master bath I am currently remodeling. I had planned to shop at a big box store and use a discount I had. I was a bit intimidated by a specialty store. I expected high prices and an attitude, but I was wrong!I had an idea of what I wanted from a manufacturer's website, so I also knew what the MSRP of the items would be. Tony showed me the items, we talked materials and designs that would work for my projects. Sales staff ,Nancy was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I purchased $3000.00 + of fixtures.Disappointed when I tried to return a $12.00 shower drain cover plumber couldn't get to fit and the counter associate wouldn't take it back because it was out of the original bag. I had the receipt with the sku and everything It was not used or damaged.
