I did learn however that "medium starch" feels more like "light starch", so next time I'll go with the "heavy". But for me, the 5th Star is applied here because of the friendliness of the employees, and the email follow-ups, letting you know when your items are ready, and their price-points are reasonable, though I do wish they offered discount pricing, as I would bring in more items.“
