“I'm not sure why there are such negative reviews here. They emailed me before my intro class about needing grip socks, which I picked up at Target (2 for $10). There is no charge if you're late or miss a class. You lose the credit if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance. I've never seen someone turned away for being late...I've been working out here for 3+ years. Contract is a standard automatic billing gym contract. I recently switched to the unlimited classes option, as it's a better value for me. The equipment is excellent and is in good repair. The instructors and staff are very pleasant and well-trained. This is a chain; I've practiced for 20 years, and it's a great option that allows you to catch a class in another city if you're traveling. Their schedule of classes is available on their app for anyone to see. They also offer private lessons but I haven't availed myself of that option to date.“
