    Our company has been working with PCA for several years. Operating a small business, we cannot afford to employ a full time IT staff or person for that matter. It is critical we work with a company that we trust to keep us fully functioning and safe. The PCA staff is always accessible when problems arise. Incredibly timely in diagnosing issues we are experiencing & extraordinarily knowledgeable in finding the best, most economical means of correcting problems. Uniquely our company has some elderly owners, who are not very computer savvy; it could be argued illiterate.     PCA helped us through what could have been the worst nightmare for a CPA firm. Our server had a hardware issue that made it impossible for us to access our tax software and client data on Saturday afternoon before the Monday April 18, 2022 tax deadline. PCA tech support came to my office Saturday evening and identified the problem and assured me they would do everything they could to help us get back working as soon as possible. Saturday night, PCA had a replacement server in our office and began the process of moving our data from our almost completely dead server.     The company I work for recently switched to PCA and we are very impressed with their service. Right after the switch they worked hard to correct several issues our old tech company caused. They even remoted into my computer to install needed updates. Plus everyone that works there is super friendly and compassionate. Great company!
