I made the mistake of taking my favorite rugs elsewhere to be cleaned. Never again. The chemical offgassing was toxic, and I relegated the rugs to my garage for more than a year to "air out" before almost tossing them. I decided to give Martinous a try at fixing them before I gave up, though, and I am so glad I did! After listening to my issue, they assured me they could resolve the problem with their pit-cleaning system. I am finally able to enjoy my rugs again, thanks to their expertise!
