I felt welcomed immediately by everyone going out of their way to say hi. I had some hard rolls and great conversations after. Bruno the owner / professor was super genuine and friendly. “We had our son’s Birthday Party there this weekend after going to two others this year at their facility. It’s is a great experience and great atmosphere. The kids love it and the staff love them, it’s a tough and rough love situation, but I think in the couple hour time frame of this bday party these kids learn some real life lessons on never giving up, and have a great time doing it.10/10 recommend having a birthday party at Rock City MMA!!!“
