Dr. Murphy is very nice and seems to care a lot about what he does. They always get me in and out in a timely manner for my cleanings. I’m always really pleased with the service when I have to go to the dentist.

I called late after hours not expecting to have my phone call returned before morning. I was going to try and get an appointment for the next day which was as I was having an issue with a tooth and wasn't going to be able to be seen for the next week. The woman working there called me back immediately on a Friday night late. It was obviously a phone call made on her own personal time and yet she was very patient and encouraging with me, I did not feel rushed at all. She gave me a ton of tips and advice about how I should handle the situation in a way that would be best for me. The service was horrible and they tried to charge me for services that I already paid for in advance. I was prep for crown on August 31 and here it is October 17 no one can tell me what is going on with my permanent crown and the temporary one that the put on August 31st came of as soon as I left the office. I left the office today after receiving a deep cleaning with no instructions on how to care for it after or they did nothing for the pain for the temporary crown that came off. I feel like my procedure was not taking Seriously and I was given low quality services.
