Absolutely wonderful service! They were great at communicating with me via text message about what services they offered, cost, and scheduling. They showed up on time to pick up an area rug and then again to drop off a clean carpet and to clean several upholstered armchairs, ottoman, and another area rug. Mike was very thorough, and chairs and rugs have never looked better! He was very careful in wearing booties inside the house and using protective coverings on the floor. I asked for perfume-free cleaning and got it, too! We have several members of the family with allergies and asthma, and the rugs and armchairs were simply clean, without cloying chemical or cleaner...read full review
