The result turned out amazing — it’s exactly what I wanted! I had an appointment at 4, and at first I thought I came to the wrong place, but after talking with Latisha, the manager, she kindly moved my appointment up by half an hour. She’s really nice and very professional.

This is my favorite JCP's store!!! It has such a huge sale selection in Jrs/Women's. I bought my favorite pair of denim jeans from them & they were only $7!!! I get so many compliments on them too!

Emma is fantastic. Gave me exactly what I wanted, despite my very vague instructions ("short, purple streaks, out of my eyes"). I recommend her. Apologies for dubious picture quality.
