Jason gave a great massage but he also shed some light on how the body and mind work together and how to find balance… He gave me the ABG exercise that I have been using since my massage….and it works. I will definitely be going back!!

Jason is gifted in bringing a healing awareness on our body and mind . He listens and is patient and his technique allows us to release what doesn’t serve us well anymore . I am grateful to the Universe and my sister for guiding me to a Spiritual Massage & Reflexology Session with him. I look forward to coming back . After a long time , I slept peaceful that night .
