Caity, in particular, is praised for her exceptional job in cutting, coloring, and styling, with customers leaving with beautiful blonde highlighted hair and many compliments. Jamie is highlighted as a lifesaver, quickly addressing and fixing a terrible balayage color and cut from a different salon. Overall, customers are extremely satisfied and eager to return.
