Everyone is friendly and makes my shy fur baby feel comfortable and safe. When I picked him up his coat was so shiny and his feet trimmed nicely. I would highly recommend Hounds Lounge for grooming AND boarding.
We let our doodle’s hair get a bit out of control and had some matting. The staff was so kind and talked us through what needed to be done for his best interest. We love how kind the staff is to our fur baby.
Always a great experience for our 2 girls. Sasha is a 2 year old black German Shepard and Ruby is a 1 year old Doberman. They both love staying and playing with new friends if we are out of town or busy for the day.
The staff is 100% top notch and It's really apparent that they love our girls and take great care of them as well as every dog. Every dog that I have seen is so happy to arrive and see their owners when they get picked up. Some just want to go back in and play. Lol
