My family has used Freeze for many years to clean couch cushions and upholstery and they have always done an amazing job getting those items back to new condition.I recently unboxed my mom's wedding dress (which my late grandmother handmade) to find it was not properly preserved. It had 40 years of age spots and was the dingiest yellow. I was HEARTBROKEN. Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. We tried cleaning our rugs ourselves by using a carpet cleaner but we could not get the staines out. Freeze picked up our rugs and when they returned them all of the stains (even stains on the bottom) were gone!
Had some beer spill on an expensive couch cushion cover and these guys took great care of me. I was warned about it being expensive, but found them very reasonable on the price and fast with the results.
