It took awhile to get here after the notice he was on his way, says he got rerouted so had to turn around besides that he was courteous and professional did a good job. not happy with the price but who is.
So it’s Sunday morning and it’s Father’s Day. Bob Cassis showed up at our door and spent three hours making a repair. He also showed us things that we could do to make our system more efficient. Not every company would send someone out on Sunday morning when he could have been spending time with his family. Bob just wanted to make things right. He is awesome! There is no question in our minds that we will call on Bert Black for all of our future HVAC needs. Thank you again, Bob for putting the customer first.
