I knew when I bought this house that both units were old, 2004 and older. When John came for my maintenance check I was not surprised that the oldest AC needed replaced. I asked for quote to replace it all at once. Could not be happier. John and all the technicians were hard working, professional and courteous. They installed all the units starting the next day. The price was the best of 3 quotes and with multiple years of parts and labor warranty. Thank you Bert Black team.

Overall, a good experience. The plumber was o er an hour late for the leak detection appt., so that was not cool. But the repair went well, and was finished in a day.Services: Plumbing leak detection
