Incredibly welcoming community! My girlfriend and I are traveling across country in a camper and drop in everywhere we get a chance and this gym has by far been the best in terms of programming, welcoming community, equipment, competitiveness, etc. We were able to meet the owners, Greg and Gena, and they went out of their way to come greet us. Greg stopped his workout to make sure we were signed in and made introductions around the gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking to drop in or sign up full time. We will come back every time we pass through Little Rock.

Dropped in twice this week, and will be back the next time I'm in Little Rock! Signup for drop-in was easy. Coach Jade was super welcoming, the space is huge, and everyone was friendly.We did do Karen while I was there, but such are the hazards of Crossfit.

This was a great drop in from out of town. Wonderful and welcoming 5 AM class. Nicole made me feel at home away from home. Thank you guys for a great drop on this morning. Will be back again ?
