A little on the expensive side. Paid $20 for a long and short sleeve dress shirt. Another $30 for one formal dress. Plus side is, they are pretty good at 24hr turn around. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We live in Batesville AR, where I Pastor. We arrived in Jonesboro yesterday to help make the necessary arrangements for the Memorial Service for my wife’s dad. We noticed a stain on the shirt that I was intending to wear. My wife dropped the shirt by Magic Touch and was told it would be ready the next day, in the afternoon. After realizing that would be too late, she called back and they said they would try to have it sooner. 9AM this morning they notified us that it was ready. We are very impressed with their service. At a time when customer service seems to be at an all time slump, Magic Touch is a breath of fresh air!
