I have had a problem with my left ear for over a month. Went to my doctor a few times to figure out what was going on. So I got a referral to come here to get a CT scan on my ear. The lady I talked with and the one who did my scan her name was Kim. So what was nice is I came in to check in thinking I was going to need to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was simple. The lady who checked me in asked me a few questions and I was off to get this test. Kim she was the sweetest lady she was very helpful with getting me ready and letting me know what to expect. Every single person that I came in contact with was so nice and so professional and knowledgeable, and really cared about how I was doing. I love this place and thank you to everyone.
Willow Creek has been nothing but great in my experience. Nearly all the staff has been very friendly, helpful, educational and patient with me. I switched from my 20+ year obgyn to start coming to Willow creek because of the care here. Scarlett and Dr. Pierson are top notch.I will say there was one technician that checked me in and she was in a grumpy mood, rude, short and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by needing to use the restroom.
