The licensed technicians are very friendly and helpful! Trying to find the perfect frames by yourself isn't always easy. They made this task less daunting by answering all of my questions while allowing me to try on a plethora of frames, offering their honest opinions about each one. With their help, I was able to find the perfect frames in less time than ever before.

We called for 15 min outside for our appointment and it kept going to voicemail. We went inside to verify we had the right number. The secretary guy was a complete smart-a** saying I told you to call outside first. Well no s***. Get a new receptionist. Blaming the customer for issues is horrible customer service. Jacksonville Vision Center is not worth the trip.

Wonderful service! Everyone was so nice! Awesome frames and my prescription was perfect! Glasses came fast! The experience was everything I hoped for and more! I would highly recommend!
