“Great place to wash your pet. I brought my own shampoo but ended up using some of there’s as well to try it as it says it’s natural and I was shocked my fur babies did not have an allergic reaction to the shampoo and they were really soft after their bath!! The only suggestion I have would be to maybe have an option to be able to add money at the end if you need a couple minutes extra and/or to clean up as if you run out of time than you don’t have any water to clean up with or to disinfect the bath area without having to pay another $12.00. So that was an expensive mistake to learn the hard way that I wouldn’t have the option to add a dollar or two at the end. Other than that minor suggestion. I was very pleased with the pet wash station and will definitely be back. It was very clean inside and you can even open the side sliding glass door to let some of the air out and there is a gate that’s permanently in front of the door so your dogs can’t get out!!“
