Dr Horn was great, she took her time and explained things that no other doctor had explained to me. Very nice lady. Her helper Emily, very funny, made me laugh while remaining professional. Abigail fit my glasses perfectly to my face, she's a sweetheart.
This was my first time going to the facility and I must say that I was very impressed ? the staff was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with my eyes ? ?️ awesome ?
This is bad but great, at every appointed time I schedule I'm always late. However Dr. Vanhorn still sees me. ! I thank her staff for having a pleasant attitude and atmosphere always! I'm gonna work on my arrival time so I don't make it tough for others.Thanks, Jacksonville Vision
