Century 21 Prestige recently took over as the property management company for the house we are renting. I recently had to put in a maintenance request. The gentleman they connected me with was professional, communicative, and reliable. He contacted me for confirmation of our appointment, when he was here, etc. He was very professional and asked where we wanted installation. He was great and I would welcome him back anytime.

We moved to Arkansas towards the end of 2018, my fiancee' and I rented an apartment from them. The apartment was well maintained and the one time we had issues with the air conditioner they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Last year we upgraded to a 3 bedroom house, which the staff helped us find everything we were hoping for and more. The staff in the Jacksonville and North Little Rock offices are the very best in the real estate business. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking to rent or buy a place these are the people you want to talk to.

This is our landlord and I have all good things to say about them, they were very helpful in finding a good place to live that was affordable and met our needs. We were also impressed with their service to the house as when we moved in lots of maintenance needed to be done and they were on it very promptly and efficiently they also make sure they send out a bug guy regularly and they clean the pine needles off your roof several times a year. I would recommend this place to find you a good deal on a home.
