The staff, including Josh, Jenny, and others, are friendly and accommodating. The facility is top-notch, inviting, and immaculately clean, with ample on-site parking. Truly the most pleasant professionals I’ve ever been seen by, they truly care about the individuals needs, very helpful when navigating scheduling difficulties and the most respectful group of folks! Truly makes my day when I have an appointment. I’ve missed a couple of appointments in a row recently and I can definitely tell the difference in how I move about. My experience is somewhat different perhaps from others as I have not only been struck by 5 drunk drivers (I know, almost statistically impossible) throughout my life but suffered a number of injuries throughout my military career and 3 combat tours in Iraq. It seems that my journey has been one of being put back together a number of times and in various ways. Due to several injuries at times here in Hot Springs, I have had to go thru a number of different sessions with Root’s Chiropractic and this time from an accident hitting a deer. Each time Dr Kyler and his staff not only dealt with the current incident but also a lifetime of injuries and pains that can get aggravated by current events. He and his staff are so incredibly patient, and knowledge but they make the healing process bearable and supportive. I’m am extremely grateful for each one of them. It’s easy to be kind and understanding with those that are in a great mood and joyful but it takes a lot to be so amazing to those of us who are hurting, not always cheerful and in a great mood. I believe that God and their personal character grants them this, and I for one feel blessed to interact with them.
