i have been using parker pluming for 20 years i own greenwood auto glass they always come and do the job many of the jobs i have had have been difficult in small spaces and they have done the job and not complained so i am thankful also i have like 5 other plumbers on my roll a dex and they never answer the phone parker always does good job guys!!

Chris Johnson is the plumber who came to our house to rooter our basement bathroom and remove the old toilet and install a new one. The first thing I noticed was one of his young male assistants wearing a t-shirt which said, "Free Mustache Rides". Classy. When the assistants were finished, they had left the front lawn sewer clean out cap off for us to do ourselves. In the process of the task they managed to scratch our flooring to the point of ruin. We had extra planks that we had purchased in case of future need when our floors were installed not long before our experience with Mr. Johnson. We alerted Mr. Johnson to the problem and he came back to our house to assess the damage and agreed to replace damaged planks with the help of our flooring company. In a text exchange with Mr. Johnson, he indicated that he would reimburse us for the planks his team had ruined. He then stopped answering texts and the issue was put on the back burner because of more pressing issues. My husband saw his truck a year later and decided he should take the matter up with him again. Mr. Johnson asked how much the planks cost ($38.00) and said that he would be by that evening at 6:00 p.m. to drop off the reimbursement and apologized for forgetting. 6:00 p.m. came and went and we have heard nothing from Mr. Johnson. I strongly suggest finding a more professional and honest company to do your plumbing work.
