“I will start this review by saying I am elated to do business with McFarland Optical on Central Ave, Hot Springs! This is by far the best decision I ever made and now I will explain why. Not only are the opticians excellent in their knowledge, Kat and Zoey are the most kindest, courteous, pleasing ladies you will ever want to know, let alone do business with. This is as good as it gets especially in HS where I have found other opticians as well as businesses in most other categories less than passable and quite frankly rude and think they're doing the customer, who is their bread and butter, a big favor. (Please see my review for Sellers Eye Clinic, bad news!) Kat and Zoey are both so delightful I felt I wanted to spend the rest of my day there, even after getting my new Rx eyeglasses. Needless to say, I will unequivocally be doing much more future business with them. The ladies in the optical department went above and beyond extending the customer service one would hope to receive and honestly one would expect. Love them! Kudos to McFarland!“
