I got a DEXA scan at Levi Hospital. From the first call, when they reached out to schedule my appointment, I found the employee to be polite and professional. And, to meet my needs, they were even willing to schedule me a little after the normal last appointment time. I was somewhat nervous about finding the DEXA department since I had never been to Levi before. However, I found clearly mark directions posted as soon as I entered the facility, and I had no trouble whatsoever making it to the correct area where I was promptly greeted by the staff member sitting at the radiology desk. The testing was quick and easy. I got my results immediately after, and Levi also had them sent to my PCP for me. Great service!
I severely shattered my collarbone 5 months ago, and required physical therapy. After doing research, and asking around, everyone recommended Levi. I'm so glad I listened. I could not have made a better choice! They were very flexible with my schedule, and provided an individualized treatment plan which included the indoor heated swimming pool that I learned has the healing waters straight from the local Hot Springs! Their radiology team monitored the healing process until the end and I now feel normal again.
