“My desktop went to the dreaded Microsoft Blue Screen this week and sent me into a panic. I took it to Easton in hopes it could be reformatted even though I had a back up hard drive . No Dice. Just too badly corrupted and almost impossible to figure out why. Ordered a new tower, dropped off to Easton who was able to capture everything from the old computer and set up the new one. Got it back in two days. Couldn't be more please with level of service and professionalism from Easton. If you are a baby boomers like me with a computer issue, don't panic!!! Take it to Easton
