Foundation repair, Pier and beam house. Can't say enough about how efficient and hard working the entire crew was, especially the 2 older guys in the lead; absolutely top notch! When we noticed an issue after the project was complete, the entire crew was back, and everything was made right. The owners really care that the job is done right. Completely satisfied with the work.
I had noticed that a large portion of my 3500 share foot house had soft floors and the wife's China cabinet would sing when walking through the kitchen. I starting calling everyone I could find to come take a look. A few came out with different recommendations. The encapsulation group wanted to sister my joist and encapsulate. Freds Home Services inspectors came out and gave me the bad news and showed me how bad the wood was under the house. The joist, main beams, and the plywood were rotten with mold and fungus. My house is old and creaky, but the Home Services crew went into every corner of my junky crawlspace and leveled everything again. Now the floor is solid and the doors all close again. Plus they filled some holes near the house, took out an old dead tree, and made a small channel to drain water away from the foundation. Great work, I'm very happy to use Home Services.
