I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gross Funeral Home and Candice Messec! Candice was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and I can’t imagine how I would have handled all of the details after the loss of my mother without her guidance and patience. Everything from mom’s cremation arrangements, photo slideshow, program, and set up on the day of my mother services, were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend using Gross Funeral Home services and recommend you ask for Candice by name (I've used Gross Funeral Home for 2 other loved ones and Candice was my favorite to work with)!
Very professional, patient, and good listeners. We only wanted a simple basic cremation, then take care of all the other details ourselves. There was no pressure to buy more, or spend more. What we wanted was what we got, and they were perfectly alright with that.
I would like to say thanks to Gross Funeral Home and especially to Justin! He was very respectful and helpful with very short notice. The death of my father was really unexpected and on top of that the doctors didn't sign papers needed for him to cremate at the time he told us but he went above and beyond and stayed later so we could have my dad the same day he told us. The family really appreciates all the help and professionalism we received! Thanks again Justin!!
