City Plumbing is wonderful to work with from the receptionists who always answer to the technicians who've been to my home. I have a newer home built by one of Hot Springs' most respected builders and she referred me to City Plumbing. The receptionist always has answers and works with me on scheduling. Rodney and Colton have been to my house to do projects. They're professional and efficient then they take all the time I need to explain and review their work. I appreciate their promptness and expertise. They've done some good problem-solving work and trained me on how to turn up the temp on my water heater. I'm glad I've got City Plumbing.
City Plumbing replaced a leaky water line from the meter to my home. Throughout the process, Victor went up and beyond to make sure the job was done well and in a timely manner. I especially appreciate his attention to detail, his proactivity and his professionalism. In brief, Victor is a terrific spokesperson for City Plumbing!
City Plumbing was fabulous on ALL counts. Customer Service, responsiveness, and backing up their work! Zachary Jones and Ryan Walling were beyond professional, timely, and informative. Zach sent me descriptive pictures. I was able to send those pics and detailed invoices to the water company for an adjustment to my bill as well. Sherri always answered the phone quickly and was always helpful; I received a thank you in the mail from Sherri right after my service. Great company, great service and I know who I will use in the future.
