I called B & A first thing in the morning they had someone out by the afternoon. They located the problem on my system and also then took the time to research my unit that it was still under warranty even though they were not the ones that installed it. They found that the defective part was covered by the warranty. I was only charged for the labor that wasn’t covered by the manufacturer warranty. Great honest company.
I called on a Sunday morning for service on an AC that stopped working. They were there in a couple of hours. They found the problem and resolved it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
