Love love love! We came to Hot Springs for a mini babymoon/anniversary getaway before the holidays. Leslie did an amazing job on my prenatal massage and I feel better than I have my whole pregnancy. The entire staff as well as the amenities were amazing. I felt so pampered and so relaxed the entire time I was there. We will 100% be back!

There is a reason the Astral Spa is one of the top spas in Arkansas. The service and amenities offered are exceptional. My hydrofacial with Sandy was pampering and therapeutic. I highly recommend Astral Spa and Sandy for facials.

Came here for a bachelorette trip a few weeks ago and it was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We booked a few weeks in advance and most of us got massages and facials. The staff was very welcoming, gave a tour before our appointments and showed us all the amenities. Our appointments started at 3:15pm and we got there around 2:30pm to get settled in. This was my first facial and second massage. The facial was soooo good, and the girl working on me was amazing, I forgot her name but she spoke a few times but I think I fell asleep and I knew a lot of my friends did too.
