Rude and Descriminatory. I called for the first time and was refused as a patient even though I offered to pay cash out of pocket. It was not that he was not accepting new patients at the time. He just wanted to be selective of his clientele. I'm on Social Security, so they kept trying to tell me to go elsewhere. His office kept making excuses not to accept me. It does not matter what dental insurance you have or do not have if you are offering to pay self pay. Self pay is self pay. (out of pocket) I was not asking for any sliding scale method of pay. Finally, I just said, "I'm offering to pay you out of pocket as self pay". I then asked, "are you telling me you are not accepting me as a patient even though I'm offering to pay your fees out-of pocket"? I was still refused.
