Ken and Trina came through a 2nd time. This time we shipped home a 106.7 pound crystal platter treasure we named “The Beast.” Heavy to dig out, heavy to haul, and a beast to ship. Our’s was doubled boxed with peanuts in the box and wow did we need the added protection. The outside box was slit, beat-up and crumpled but our contents inside the 2nd box packed with peanuts survived the rough ride.
Kenneth went above and beyond to ship my item, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you both, Kenneth & Katrina, for offering the kind of personal service that you can only get from a local small business. Great job, thanks again!
