I have been using this local Hot Springs Village Heating/Air company for the last 14 years and they are outstanding!! I recently replaced my heat pump and inside unit and Steve and his son replaced the unit in 3 hours. They are very professional, honest, and I trust them. The few times I needed service they were there in a couple hours. They know my system and unlike the bigger companies who send out new people every time I personally know who will be providing service. Well worth the service contract and also knowing they respond quickly.

We moved to HSV in 2008 - Johnston's was recommended and we wouldn't use anyone else. Either Steve or his son, Jonathon, have responded to every service we've requested with prompt, efficient, courteous attention to our needs. Our thermostat was acting up, AC wouldn't turn on for 15-20 minutes, so I called Johnston HVAC since we have them check our heat pump annually. The day after I called our new thermostat was installed. Johnston HVAC is prompt, good work, reasonably priced and friendly people. I would recommend Johnston without a doubt.
