I took in two iPhones for a battery change. The service was quick and friendly and the price was VERY reasonable! This was definitely better and SO much faster and cheaper than dealing with the Apple Store.

My iPhone 7plus/S? Whatever had a battery life of 2 hours or so; I bounced in their door, went for a breakfast sandwich and returned to find their fresh battery gave new life to my aging workhorse! Great guys, great work, great results!

I had a problem with my iPad not charging, so stopped by Charles to see what the problem was. It needed a new memory card, which also was what the Geek Squad told me. Charles fixed it for me for 1/2 what the GS wanted to charge. Now I have a BOSE system that isn't functioning properly, so I'm going to head out again when Charles is open.
