“The mineral water really works wonders here ~ my friend and I did the public pool soak and i was impressed with how relaxed my muscles felt with just a while in the pools. We got there just before closing on a Saturday evening (5pm) and Michael was so helpful and kind to assist us in getting checked in just as he was bringing in the "open" sign and closing the doors to any additional guests. Bathrooms were clean, staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. If you make it to Hot Springs, this is a must see for sure!“
