Knox Heat & Air and staff is amazing! I can’t say enough about them. Eric was my technician today and he was very thorough. During this visit, they weren’t able to find the noise issue in my unit, but they spent a long time troubleshooting everything that they could from the unit inside to the pump and compressor and filter as well. Special shout out to Sheila at the home office. She is very personable and has great customer service qualities.
Knox helped me out when my heat went out in January. At that time, I got a maintenance agreement with them. Bradley has been my technician for each visit. He did a great job fixing our unit and now keeping our whole system maintained. I feel much more comfortable heading into each season knowing he's helped us avoid any future issues.
Brad Scantling was very professional and very respectful. He explained everything that I needed and that I could understand simply. We have had this company since we moved here and everyone has always been so kind. Thank You Brad once more and hope to see you in the spring for another check on our unit for the summer time.
