They're very timely mannered are open and honest and can be a little uptight sometimes but that is due to others that are not understanding of their job I wish to thank you for all that you have guys have done for me you guys are in my opinion one of the best towing companies there is and I appreciate every one of you
This was my second time renting a U Haul trailer from Driven. Brooke helped me both times, and her customer service skills will bring me back next time. She hooks up at pickup time, and will gladly unhook when returning the trailer. Her cheerful demeanor and helpful attitude seems more and more rare these days.Service: Local hauling
Awesome service during the winter storm. Just be advised if you break down, you will have to arrange someone to pick you as they can not let anyone ride with them due to covid restrictions.
