5* service from Chuck! We sent pictures of our travel trailer awning resting against a power pole in a Parallel Parking mishap. Chuck winched our trailer away from the pole, which allowed us to drive away without damaging our awning any further. Fast, friendly and highly professional service. Highly recommend!
Wanted to leave a positive review for this company, even though we had a less than perfect experience. As our car was being loaded onto the flatbed, the driver lightly damaged our vehicle. I watched it happen, and it was an honest mistake that could have happened to any towing company (our car is admittedly a little high-maintenance when it comes to being towed).Luckily, after speaking with the owner, she immediately committed to making it right and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Very professional company , needed a 2011 Peterbilt moved and the truck operators knew exactly how to hook my truck up and tow it safely and without damaging anything further, would and will recommend this company for any future towing needs.
