T really took her time and checked with me throughout the process to make sure it was exactly what we expected wanted. She was so patient as she did my two year olds hair! I’m extremely grateful! (Side note I watched as she snapped a man’s beard up while our daughter got her cut and she did an amazing job! Still trying to talk to husband into letting her do his) Halle did our daughter’s hair and she did a fabulous job. Our daughter is extremely tinder headed and has beautiful curls, Halle did a fabulous job cutting her hair and it looked so long and healthy after we left her shop! She even took the time to tell us how to style her curls. Both Halle and T were so patient with my kids, and answered any questions I had!! The shop is very inviting and welcoming. I recommend them 100%!!!!

Husband and I came in for a one hour whole body and foot massage . They gave me the best experience and massage ! Their hands were very strong and thorough! Was very relaxing atmosphere. My whole body feels so relaxed. My husband enjoyed the massage . We are definitely coming back!

Stylist: I guess different folks-different views but Jason gave me a terrific haircut! The price was too low, imo. I will definitely be going back. AND, you don't need an appointment at Whit's. I hate appointments for a barber. Also, for "chest length" hair, I would use a beauty salon, not a barber.

I decided spontaneously to get my nails and feet done. They were nice and welcoming when we walked in and got to us was fast as they could. My foot massage was AHHHHMMAAZING! My nails are going on 2 weeks now and not one has broke! I am extremely hard on my nails and rarely can make it 2 weeks without loosing one. Vivian is great at designs as well. This will be my new go to place! ?
With an intimately cozy atmosphere this is probably one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in hot springs! Ms. Kim, Ms.Linda, and Maryella are top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. They were nice and inviting. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they definitely delivered. Metallic silver tipped gel and they look fabulous. Mani/pedi and eyebrows.
The price was affordable and the salon was clean. The finished product of my granddaughter's acrylic nails was very pretty. I cannot however give a 5 star review because the nail technician cut my granddaughter's right hand pinky. It of course was an accident, but professionals should be held to a higher standard.

Went to this place for prom nails after 2 days later my nail popped off i went and the guy was very helpful with getting my nail right. But as i was gettin my nails done the first time as the lady was doing my nails as she got to the powder part of my nails my nail looked like it was grass but she took it off and fixed it. At first i didnt like how it was shaped but i excepted it and too be honest it was not that bad. 2 days later another nail popped off My nails should've held up for about 2 weeks max. The first time i got it done the lady was rushing and i feel like thats why the work wasn't at its best. But the guys is very sweet and i would recommend this place and the guy that fix it. He's good!! Didn't get his name but he usually a hat sometimes.

The establishment is nice, very relaxing atmosphere! I had Cate and she gave the absolute best massage I've ever had! And I was a licensed practicing massage therapist for 12 years! The only reason i gave 4 stars is bc my hubby and I got a couples massage and his was uncomfortable. She was not really nice from the get go and seemed like she had other places she'd rather be. She did not drape as securely as would have been more comfortable for him (he was also a massage therapist for years) she skipped areas that he specifically asked for more attention on. So I'd recommend Cate, but maybe Tiffany was just having a bad day, but.... just try to see Cate! Lol!

City Plumbing is wonderful to work with from the receptionists who always answer to the technicians who've been to my home. I have a newer home built by one of Hot Springs' most respected builders and she referred me to City Plumbing. The receptionist always has answers and works with me on scheduling. Rodney and Colton have been to my house to do projects. They're professional and efficient then they take all the time I need to explain and review their work. I appreciate their promptness and expertise. They've done some good problem-solving work and trained me on how to turn up the temp on my water heater. I'm glad I've got City Plumbing.

I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for clean up after a flood, which is what happened to me. Woke up after a long night of a torrential down pour all night. My feet hit the floor to 3 inches of rain water in my home! I called Extreme Carpet Cleaning at 515 in the morning and they had assembled a team and were at my house a little after 7am. They took care of tearing out the floor and sheet rock and baseboards. They got the water out and then put dryers and dehumidifiers in every room to dry it completely. Then the rebuild took place. They take care of everything! I didn't have to worry about who would do sheet rock or floors. This company is phenomenal!! I will use them again should the need arise. And by the way, the flood happened end of May and I was back in my home completely finished before the end of June! Call them if you need their services. You won't regret it!!

My former dentist retired and Tri-Lakes was on the list of recommendations I was given. I’m so glad I chose them. My first visit was a very positive experience. Everyone was welcoming, the atmosphere very pleasant, facility is clean and modern.

I had one of the best experiences at dental office I have ever had! Did not get two of the ladies names! From the time I checked in till the time I left! Dental Hygienist Stacey made me feel very comfortable the minute I sat down in chair! I do not like going to dentist! Stacey explained everything to me! Very thorough! After her evaluation Dr. Lindsey Dolan came in to talk with ne! Explained what needed to be done! Thank you for a great experience!! I will be back for a cleaning!

Last year, I started going to Summit after over a decade of not seeing a dentist due to financial limitations. I was very nervous, but all the staff was super friendly and the environment was welcoming. They put a treatment plan together and was straight forward about all of it from the start, including the costs. They have been patient at every appointment, ready to explain anything I needed and answering all concerns. While I was there, I also discovered they offer payment plan options, which is great bc even though my insurance now covers dental, my wife's still does not. My teeth/mouth have not felt this clean and healthy in ages! I'm completely satisfied with the care I've been receiving here.
i have great experiences with the entire staff. I was having painful problems and the doc called me after hours and met to help me. The techs, staff and doc are extremely caring and i have referred a large amount of clients there and they thanked me after switching to him. Caring, compassionate, excellent skills and they care for your comfort and pain level. The cost is always less than expected.

I've been Dr. Robbins patient for almost 20 years. I've been terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. He is the kindest man and has worked with me, as I haven't had dental insurance. He's never allowed me to be in pain and has been patient with my panic attacks. He's a hero to me. He was even amazing with my son with Autism for nearly 20 years. He will be sorely missed when he retires. His secretary and staff are the best as well.
If you are looking for more than a dentist then this is the place, they made me feel like I was family! Over the last few months I have been to 2 different dentist offices and they do not compare to Monarch! Mrs. Melissa was so friendly and so sweet so made me feel so at ease! Dr. Johnson was the exact same! I ended up switching to them and making them my dental home! Not to mention I went in with needing a tooth pulled that was causing me so much pain and left knowing that pain was over!!
Very friendly staff, and the whole atmosphere has positive energy throughout the whole experience and Dr Pomeroy does a fantastic job on my adjustments and knows where exactly to hit the spot to get you feeling better!
I was having severe lower back pain. I couldn’t sit or walk without pain out of nowhere I called and they were able to get me in the same day I called and give me an adjustment that day instead of having me wait. After just one adjustment I felt so much better. I’ve continued with adjustments and I couldn’t be happier. He is amazing! And the staff is so kind! Really nice environment! I mentioned not being able to go due to not having someone keep my son that is 3 while I go. They said to bring him. And they all were so kind! Definitely recommend this place!
Dr. Randall Roth is very thorough & takes time to explain the benefits of decompression and other things you have to do yourself to help your body heal. I am always greeted very nicely when I come in for my appt at front desk & Micah always is a blessing to see each time I go and takes very good care of me. Don't know what we'd do without Dr Dabbs. He's efficient and gets the job done. There's always less pain in our lives after a visit with him. My husband sometimes comes home and realizes pain is also gone from places he didn't expect.

Bella had her first vet check up and third round of shots at Temperance Hill. Dr Tipps was so kind to Bella and Betty is a great technician. The whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.
My two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3

Honestly I normally only ever go to hot springs or lake Hamilton Animal hospital but I have to honestly say that it saved my life and my baby's life taken him to Kelly's veterinarian clinic because not only do they work with your budget as well but they don't have to make you leave your pet there and drop them off you get to sit in there with him like a real kids doctor appointment and I'm sorry but to me that's what my babies are are my kids. They were very sweet very clean didn't seem to have too much going on at one time that seems like if they did they would be able to most definitely handle it. I will be definitely choosing this veterinarian from now on thank you Kelly's...
I got a kitten from Guardian Angel. I had no idea how sick she was. Fletcher vet took tender care of her. She is not fully recovered but she is on her way.
LHAH is great! They love my Mia and treat her so well! They got us in quickly even though there was a medical emergency with another pet. We love Dr. Brian and the staff at Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital!

5 stars is not enough for this team. We have happily used The Pet Clinic for several years. Recently however, Dr Miller and Dr McKnight definitely saved our dog’s life. Our Labrador had a blockage in his intestines and wouldn’t eat or drink. They did surgery on him, found and removed all the blockages, and quickly got him back on track.

Took my golden doodle in for grooming last week. First time. Warmly greeted by owner. It is a nice and clean place with plenty of inside and outside space for day care or boarding. My guy is more handsome than before with cute cut and happy to spend time at Blue Poodle. Little hard to find but definitely a gem in Hot Springs.
I took our puppy to Kelly’s for his first grooming. They were so good with him and did exactly what I requested. I was very pleased and will go back for his future grooming services!
I have been using the grooming services here for one of my dogs for almost a year now and have always been pleased with his look and the way he’s treated. He loves them so much that he spends the first 10 minutes hugging the professionals there!
I took my standard poodle for the first time yesterday and she looks AMAZING!!! I love the poodle look they gave her and am so incredibly pleased. The staff are so nice and loving with my dogs. Thank you for caring for them and making them look their best!

Husband and I came in for a one hour whole body and foot massage . They gave me the best experience and massage ! Their hands were very strong and thorough! Was very relaxing atmosphere. My whole body feels so relaxed. My husband enjoyed the massage . We are definitely coming back!
Joyce was very attentive to the areas that are your most problematic. She also focuses on the whole body as well. You have the opportunity for complimentary hot tub and sauna! Very peaceful atmosphere. I went twice in one weekend! Great price too!
The location has changed, so call a head. I had Lucy, she was amazing, 60 minutes well worth it, I didn't feel well before stiff and headache and after I feel rested and extremely relaxed. Would highly recommend this place, and it is well worth the time. I gave a tip and look forward to another visit.
