I had a bad experience with them on today. I had an nail tech who was scrubbing my feet and I told her that she was scrubbing my feet too hard. She processed to look at me crazy and she began speaking in her native language. I had to tell her once more that she was scrubbing hard to the point I ask if anyone else could do my feet. I feel like if she didn't want to do my feet then she could have said that instead of taking whatever frustration she had about being at work on my feet. My sister invited me to tag alomg but after our visit we will not be going back. The reviews are correct rude. They rush. And they can not understand what you ask to be done. And will tell you its too late even to fix it. Bad bad bad bad business. Please listen to these reviews!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Worst service ever!! They rush through your nails and get an attitude if you correct them. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the girl did not do them correctly. I asked for them to be fixed while I was still there and they wanted an additional $15. They messed up my pedicure by not polishing the whole nail. It already looks like they're a week old and I just got them done yesterday. I had to return twice for my eyebrows because the girl didn't wax them properly. They have people who are not good at what they do, and they allow them to serve people. They have HORRIBLE customer service and they don't try to make sure they do a good...read full review
