First time home buyer here. First week of summer 2024 our AC went out. I put in a request for a phone call. Between the times of them calling me back (peak busy season so wait your turn patiently or get a new unit before summer time y’all!) my dad came and fixed what we needed to get through one more summer. When I got a call back I explained that we were first time home buyers and have replaced every single appliance in our home since we bought in November and that I was going to try to let my dad work his magic before we bought a whole new system in hopes of making it through one more summer (I keep begging my system just ONE MORE) so that we were in a better financial spot this spring when we do pull the trigger on a new unit. Jason never once made me feel bad or uncomfortable for basically wasting his time on a phone call. Instead, he talked me through their financing options and the benefits of them, especially for first time home buyers who have a fixer upper. Definitely scheduling a whole new system, thermostat and ductwork job this spring. Might even lump a few other fixer upper things into the financing options they offer too. Super nice people that only want your comfortability as their #1 priority. They didn’t make a dime off of me with that phone call but Jason made sure to make me feel confident and comfortable with the route we are choosing with prolonging the life of our current system and planning of a complete overhaul this spring.
