If we could give a higher rating for excellence in every aspect of doing business with this amazing team across the board we would. The respectful courtesy and absolute professionalism displayed by Owner Brad Sneed, and his crew was truly a breath of fresh air. And yes, we are going there...we now have the freshest air possible to breathe inside our home. Brad Sneed and his crew were onsite for sub floor insulation removal, extensive mold abatement, and vapor barrier replacement. At the same time, Julian Heat & Air were onsite to replace our ductwork and HVAC systems. We have extensive experience in the construction/trade industry in California, so needless to say, we were very aware of the potential for real chaos being a strong possibility. Thankfully we were pleasantly mistaken. The friendly and cooperative professionalism displayed between the EBM and HVAC teams, as they diligently worked together, in crazy cold and rainy weather, is virtually unheard of. Every technician worked hard from early morning until late afternoon for a full week. Not only did they genuinely appear to enjoy their work, but there was no smoking, and not a single foul word, disagreement, nor scuffle. As we said, all virtually unheard of when more than one trade is onsite! To top it off, with every call we made to Brad, or Jason Julian, during the process, we never had once had to leave a message and wonder whether we would hear back from them. Both owners answered our calls immediately and immediately addressed our questions, often arriving onsite to ensure the jobs were running smoothly. Lastly, we are incredibly appreciative that both teams returned after the jobs were finished, to go an extra mile to offer help with a personal need. Yes, this all sounds too good to be true. However, if anyone has had the experiences we have prior to this, you would understand. Hands down, we will always be top fans of Brad Sneed, Jason Julian and their teams. We had a faucet bust in the wall and flood half our house. I called Brad and he showed up that afternoon. His crew started the next morning. He informed me every step of the way. His crew was awesome. Very courteous and professional. Amazing bunch of folks.
