Had an emergency Thursday night where my motor failed on my ac unit. They came out after I got off work at around 7pm Friday night and were able to confirm and diagnose what I originally thought the issue was. Mr. Larry was not sure he would have a motor that would work with my particular ac unit. Luckily he had one that was compatible and had us back up and running with ice cold air in about 45 minutes from pulling into the driveway to getting us fixed to having our invoice and payment accepted. Freon charge for 2 pounds, 2 ounces was $566.88 after the service call for $85 and 1/2 hour of labor. I was told that the freon for my unit isn't produced anymore, therefore is very expensive.
