While they weren't able to find any jonquils either, they really went above and beyond and contacted local flower farmers on my behalf. Absolutely amazing customer service! We needed a new door on our storm shelter. I had called several companies and no one would help me. I finally found Tim with Little Red Storm Shelters. Tim and his crew installed a custom made door for us today. The previous door was like something you would have on your house. A knob and a deadbolt. Tim put on a steel door with 3 pins that go into the concrete like a safe door. Our family will now be safe if we need to use our storm shelter.I highly recommend this company if you need anything from a new shelter to repairs.

Had an emergency Thursday night where my motor failed on my ac unit. They came out after I got off work at around 7pm Friday night and were able to confirm and diagnose what I originally thought the issue was. Mr. Larry was not sure he would have a motor that would work with my particular ac unit. Luckily he had one that was compatible and had us back up and running with ice cold air in about 45 minutes from pulling into the driveway to getting us fixed to having our invoice and payment accepted. Mr. Larry is also an amazing and funny individual. We highly recommend A-1 especially Mr. Larry to anyone. We know when we replace the entire ac system and relocate it we will be calling A-1 and requesting Mr. Larry

When we recently arrived at about 6pm at our weekend house on the Little Red River for the 4th of July weekend, we realized that our AC wasn’t working. It was blowing out hot air. The temperature inside was 91 degrees! A large tree branch had fallen on the outside condenser unit. I immediately called Affordable Air and left a message. “Josh” returned my call in 2 minutes. Within less than 45 minutes he was there and had my AC blowing cold air about 10 minutes later. By coincidence, the next day our AC condensation line clogged and was leaking into our laundry room. Once again I called Josh. As my wife and I were fishing on our dock waiting for them to arrive to fix the problem, they came and fixed the problem and left without even bothering us and our fishing. That is absolutely amazing customer service! I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Affordable Air!!
Zac and his legal team within the office all worked together cohesively to help me accomplish the desired results for my divorce. This wasn't an easy one, either, as the person I was divorcing wasn't in the state. In fact, they were about 1,300 away, so finding this individual took some effort. They hired a serving company to have them served, but this company was unable to find them during the times they made attempts.....SOOO....UGH!!! But, Anne informed me that her and the girls in the office would do some modern-day gum-shooing to help locate this individual. They did so, and after another couple of weeks were able to make contact in a non-offensive manner as to not create any more strain on an already tense situation. They even functioned as a neutral point of contact so we could finish settling our negotiations. It's law, and it's a divorce, but I feel the price I paid was worth it, because I was treated in a respectful, and valued manner. Zac, or any one of the persons in his office were always cheerful and accommodating which left me feeling like I had chosen the correct lawyer to accommodate my unfortunate situation. Hopefully, I won't need them again anytime soon, but if I ever needed him for anything else, I wouldn't hesitate to give him a ring!

Kent is incredible at what he does! I visit Zenatopia once per month and cannot recommend him enough. I have always enjoyed treating myself to massages and I think he is the best masseur I have used. As others have stated, it is important to call ahead as he stays very booked but he's excellent at trying to fit you in if he has any cancellations. Also, his pricing is excellent!
