This place has No communication with caregivers or clients! This office would not help me as a caregiver get into my account to get needed documents to file my taxes! I had to call the Russellville office that helped me with no problem and was very kind and caring. This was such a bad experience for me to be employed by these people!! And apparently pinnacle does not care what kind of people are they employ in their offices!
I would not recommend this company to anyone!
